Application licence
The licence for the iOS application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a valid custom agreement is expressly provided for your distribution. The notes below explain ThemePop's current content and features. They do not modify Apple's published text or remove rights you have under applicable law.
What ThemePop provides
ThemePop helps you browse and prepare themes, wallpapers, app-icon artwork and widgets for your iPhone. You complete the relevant steps in iOS, Photos or Shortcuts yourself. Saving an image or preparing a widget does not automatically apply it to your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Available widget sizes depend on the selected design and your device.
Using artwork
Artwork made available for use in ThemePop may be used for personal, non-commercial device customization through the app's supported features. Artwork and third-party names or marks remain subject to their respective rights. Permission to use a design on your device does not include permission to sell, redistribute, sublicense or publish it as your own product. Do not bypass access controls or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
Third-party app names and themed icons identify the intended app. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation. The target app must be available and installed for the corresponding shortcut or link to work.
Current free version
Subscriptions, credit redemption, daily gifts and rewarded ads are currently disabled. These notes do not offer a paid plan, promise an advertising reward or describe credits as money. If these features become available, their price, access rules and relevant terms will be shown before use. Existing free functionality does not require a ThemePop account.
Local records and availability
Favorites, preparation history and widget configuration are stored locally. ThemePop does not provide account-based favorites or history synchronization. An app history entry is not proof that an image remains in Photos or that a system widget is installed. Deleting local app history does not remove separately exported images or system items.
Content availability and third-party services can change. Previously recorded items may become unavailable. ThemePop does not promise permanent access to every design or uninterrupted online service. Weather information is for general use and may be delayed or unavailable.

These notes will be updated when the service changes, with an updated effective date and appropriate notice of material changes. The app licence and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
