What to include

Tell us your ThemePop version, iPhone model, iOS version, the feature or design involved, what you expected, and what happened. If useful, add a screenshot after hiding unrelated personal information. Send only details needed to understand the issue. Do not send Apple passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, raw purchase-verification proofs or unrelated personal photos.

Wallpaper and icon images

Choose Save in ThemePop and allow adding images to Photos when iOS asks. You then choose the saved wallpaper in iOS or complete the icon steps in Shortcuts. Saving artwork does not replace an installed app or automatically set a wallpaper. If a target app is not installed or is no longer available, its icon shortcut may not work.

Widgets

Use the selected design in ThemePop, then follow the in-app guide to add or edit a widget in iOS. Preparation does not install a system widget for you. A lock-screen design may support only a circular or only a rectangular widget; choose the supported shape. Lock-screen artwork widgets require a compatible iOS version and device.

Weather

Open Weather in ThemePop and refresh it with location access enabled. Approximate location is supported. If permission is declined or current weather cannot be fetched, weather may be unavailable or show an earlier cache. You can manage location permission in iOS Settings.

Favorites and history

These records are local to the device; ThemePop does not provide account-based synchronization. A history entry records an action and does not prove that a saved image or widget still exists in the system. Removing local history does not delete images already exported to Photos.

Purchases and advertising

Subscriptions, credits, daily gifts and rewarded ads are currently disabled. You do not need to make a payment or watch an ad to contact support. If you are asking about an unexpected Apple charge, provide only a description and redacted information; do not email payment credentials.

Privacy and content concerns

For privacy questions or requests concerning information we handle, use the same email address. For a concern about artwork, identify the design and explain your concern; provide a reference that helps us locate it. Do not attach unnecessary sensitive information.
